Shipping policy

Lead Time

We aim to ship products within 2 days unless otherwise stated on our website. If a product is made to order it will state this on the product page.

Where we ship too

We currently only ship within the UK. 

Shipping Costs

We offer a standard flat rate shipping charge of £4.99.  We also offer free shipping for orders over £55.

Shipping Time

Once shipped our products usually arrive within 3 working days . For addresses in the Scottish Highlands this may be slightly longer.

Our Shipping Carrier

We ship all of our products using a tracked service.  We will send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. 

If you leave your mobile number when placing your order you will receive order updates via text message.  We also offer updates via Facebook Messenger.
